Pam has been a Certified Property Manager and licensed real estate broker for more than 30 years. Since becoming a CPM, she has been active in The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) at all levels and was elected International President of IREM in 2009. While on her IREM journey, she also served as a member of the IREM Foundation and the Federal Housing Advisory Board, which gave her the opportunity to meet with HUD and Rural Housing leadership in DC to discuss matters of impact for affordable housing.
Pam has specialized in the oversight of multifamily properties – both owner- operators and for third parties with responsibility for all aspects of operations. Over the years, her portfolio encompassed 45 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. She last served as V P Of Property Management for National Church Residences, a leader in affordable senior housing. She was honored to support the amazing corporate mission with a rich history of service for over 340 locations throughout 25 states and Puerto Rico.
Pam was named a Woman of Influence by Globe Street.
In 2021 The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) presented Pam with their prestigious “Industry Stateman” award.
After retirement, Pam and her husband, Hendon, relocated to Foley, Alabama. Throughout her career, Pam understood the value of giving back to communities by participating in various volunteer leadership roles. Currently she serves as the Vice Chair of the Foley Housing Authority and Secretary of the Foley Garden Club.
