Service Coordinator Foundations

The Service Coordinator Foundations series gives an in-depth overview of the Service Coordinator role. Through six modules, participants learn the necessary tools to complete everyday tasks. These modules introduce the fundamental aspects of your job, including documentation, funding basics, ethical considerations, communication strategies, resource development, and so much more. We highly recommend these modules for Service Coordinators who are just starting into the field, as well as experienced Service Coordinators who require a refresher with updated best practices. Service Coordinator Foundations is a required per-requisite for individuals enrolling in the Professional Service Coordinator Program.  

 
Skill Set Trainings

These self-paced courses allow Service Coordinators to pause and play training content so you can gain valuable knowledge on your time. With more than 20 courses to choose from, you're sure to bolster professional development skills needed for today's ever-shifting landscape. Participants can take up to a full year to complete the training content.
