Advanced Education

In addition to AASC's course offerings, we invite you to explore trainings from The Ohio State University! Since 2004, AASC has had the privilege to partner with The Ohio State University to bolster Service Coordinators' knowledge. In addition to the modules you can take as part of the Professional Service Coordinator Program designation, Service Coordinators can partake in additional courses offered by The Ohio State University's College of Medicine, Office of Geriatrics and Gerontology. These classes increase your understanding of working with older adults in your communities and ways you can better support them. Consider enrolling in these programs to develop professional development skills, habits, resources, and best practices.
