Overview & Description of Services

Preservation Management is proud to partner with Resident Service Coordinators to ensure the highest quality service provision to residents. We conduct Quality Assurance Reviews for each community on a semi-annual basis. These reviews may be in person or conducted remotely using video conferencing technology to allow the QA provider to see the RSC’s workspace and programming space. The components of these reviews include:

  • Resident and manager satisfaction telephone survey (annually)
  • Program enrollment and new move in orientation
  • Programming review
  • File completeness and confidentiality (in person or via AASC Online/FamilyMetrics)
  • Standards for Success report submission
  • Work Plan review goals and compliance
  • Work and program space evaluation
  • Newsletter/correspondence review
  • Referral metrics – who is served and how frequently?
  • Community partners –resource review
  • Training requirements

While our reviews yield a comprehensive report, we believe that the most important service that we can provide is being a trusted partner to bring best practices training and resources to your program. Our standards remain consistent, but we tailor our review to the specific goals and needs of your program. Our goal is to help Resident Services Coordinators – and the residents they serve – to be successful and thrive. We would love to speak with you about your Quality Assurance needs!
