Managing Anger Before it Manages You

When:  Apr 16, 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00 (ET)

An angry response, especially in communicating with others, is rarely a productive response. When we react in an intense emotional state it often leads to regret, hurt feelings, and damage to the relationship. Constant anger directed at oneself can lead to chronic stress issues and even depression. This course will help us understand the negative impact on ourselves and others of repeatedly reacting in anger. We will identify anger “triggers”, dysfunctional behaviors related to “bad tempers” and bad choices, and coping strategies for dealing with intense anger responses in ourselves and others.
