Kendra Rayl,
Education and Events Specialist

Kendra Rayl has over 13 years of association management experience and an extensive background in event management. As an experienced trainer and meeting facilitator, Kendra brings a unique blend of skills and creativity to the association's professional development department.

In 2014, Kendra began working as a grant specialist at National Church Residences Foundation, which helped her become familiar with the work of service coordinators, property managers and quality assurance specialists. During her time there, she was able to secure donations and sponsorships from the community to support affordable housing projects and organization events. Before her work in affordable housing, Kendra held positions at the Columbus Medical Association, Ohio Ophthalmological Society, Association of Community Cancer Centers and the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges. She earned her bachelor's degree in Speech/English at Wittenberg University.

Kendra's role with the association is to uplift the professional development team. Her hard work helps us streamline webinar presentations, National Conference, and facilitate the Professional Service Coordinator designation program.
