Registration is $175 and includes lunch and the Sunday evening reception. Contact AASC to register.

Hotel rooms for symposium attendees are available at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, where all 2017 symposium activities will take place. The AASC rate is $167 per room per night for up to two guests. Additional guests are $15 each.

Overflow hotel space is available at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. The AASC rate is $119 per room per night for up to two guests. Additional guests are $10 each. Transportation will be available to symposium activities at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The room rates at both Coronado Springs and All-Star Movies Resorts include access to complimentary, hassle-free airport transportation through Disney's Magical Express and shuttles around Walt Disney World® Resort. AASC attendees also get access to discounted tickets to the parks.


Travel and Transportation


The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). View information on ground transportation.

 Complimentary, hassle-free transportation to and from Orlando International Airport is available through Disney's Magical Express. Make your reservation at least 30 days in advance.



Walt Disney World buses provide free transportation around Disney properties, including the theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs.



If you're driving in for the symposium, free parking is available at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, where all symposium events will take place.
