About the presenter
John worked in various roles spanning 18 years within engineering, management, and marketing with IBM and Dell. In 1999, John and his wife, Antoinette, founded Texas Seniors’ Guides publishing print and online resources for senior citizens, their families, and industry professionals throughout Texas. John is the Principal at Griff Development, LLC, a training and professional development company. He now lives out his mission through speaking, training and working with individuals and groups “to empower people to stop living life by default and start living life by design.” John is also an adjunct professor at Concordia University Texas, teaching “Leadership Theory and Practice.”
