1.      Learn best practices in building and sustaining strategic Alliances

2.      Develop a strategic plan to overcome dilemmas associated with developing community partnerships

3.      The participant will also be able to quantify in-kind dollars (adding value to their role as a service coordinator); while showing how         building community partnership helps with resident retention.             

 

About the Presenter

Belinda Farrington is an Assistant manager professional at Integral Property Management, a company whose vision is to be a premier provider of sustainable real estate, and community & infrastructure solutions globally. Previously, Belinda worked in the field of Service Coordination with Community Life Concepts for 10 years. Belinda is known for her ability to develop strategic partnerships that enhance the lives of those she serves in each of the 7 dimensions of wellness (physically, spiritually, financially, intellectually, environmentally, occupational, and emotionally). It is Belinda’s ability to assess a community and identify the needs of that community that has helped her in bringing in in-kind donations through both services and funding’s to provide quality of life programs.… She is the named author of “Intercession Unleashed-Prayers that Shut the Mouth of Lions.” She holds a certification as a Life Coach from Work Life Destinations, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from the North Carolina College of Theology and is also certified in Mental Health First Aide.
