About the Presenters
Mark Zimmer has been the Business Development Leader with Veterans Home Care in St. Louis, Missouri for almost three years. Mark has a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University and over 26 years of business and management experience. Mark’s wife Katy, a Client Services Manager for six years at Veterans Home Care, introduced him to the company and the VetAssist Program. Mark is responsible for all agency contracts, administration, and agency database information for VHC. Mark is also an elected official, serving as a Council Member for the City of Kirkwood, Missouri since August 2016.
Dale Swartzfager is a United States Navy Disabled Veteran in which he honorably served from 1983-1991. He also retired after 15 years as a Veterans Service Officer in Florida. During his employment, he earned Employee of the year and County Service Officer of the Year for 6 consecutive years. Dale is currently employed as a Pre – Development Specialist/Vet Assist Specialist with Veteran’s Home Care, LLC in St. Louis MO.
